I guess I don’t mind the beat on this one? The whole Young Money Rise of an Empire looks pretty disappointing on paper. I don’t think I’m going to waste my time. In case you didn’t see, the album leaked and comes out in stores officially March 11th.
The Canadian producers are back at it and somehow this new track slipped through the cracks. Here’s a new cut from BADBADNOTGOOD which will find a home on the trio’s forthcoming III album (set to drop on May 6th). Really looking forward to hearing more from BBNG and hopefully “Can’t Leave the Night” will tide you over until the release of their debut studio album.

As usual, L’O brings the heat on the production end, and Blu, as he had on “Alone,” kills it on the mic. Last year L’Orange released his joint project […]
It’s so nice to see De La Soul coming back to prominence and releasing new music. Today, the trio returns with news of two forthcoming mixtapes and an album. To give fans a little taste of what’s to come, the group has released “Dilla Plugged In,” which (not surprisingly) features production from the late Dilla […]
I’ve dug a lot of the material RAC has put out, but this might take the cake of RAC’s recent releases. RAC recruits Alex Ebert (head singer of Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeroes). This track is featured on the first part of RAC’s debut album Strangers, which is coming our way tomorrow. Give a listen […]
Maybe it’s just me, but Lupe Fiasco has really fallen off. Always nice to hear some new Ab, but I must say that Lupe’s recent drops have been underwhelming to the maximum. Peep “Thorns & Horns” below and let’s hope Lupe brings us something better the next time he drops some new music.
