Comin’ at chu on June 9, 2009 is Mos Def’s fourth solo studio album, The Ecstatic. You may know Def from Black Star, Chappelle’s Show, the streets, or maybe you don’t know him at all. No matter what you know about him, this cat is one dope playa. Just look at this album cover. It’s hot, original, meaningful, textless, and PINK! As of right now, we do not have a confirmed tracklist, but we do have something. This album looks like it’s going to be hot, featuring TALIB KWELI, Slick Rick, Jay Electronica, and Black Thought. The producers look pretty tight as well as we have J Dilla, Mr. DJ, Madlib, Kanye West, Chad Hugo, Oh No, Pete Rock, Just Blaze, DJ Khalil, James Poyser, Preservation, Mr. Porter. Wow that’s a lot of producers!
