The question that has seemed to be on everyones mind is whether or not Kanye West was out of line for the stunt he pulled off at the VMA’s last night. To answer the controversy that seems to have invaded popular social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter, Kanye West was completely out of line. You all know me, I am a huge Kanye West supporter and fan, but this is just straight up crossing the line. Sure, you have a big ego, you hopped on the remix of Beyonce’s track, “Ego,” and it was very fitting in all senses of the lyrical parts of the song. Sure, Beyonce’s video was great, but she didn’t win, Taylor Swift did, so why must someone get on stage, and publicly put down someone who has just reached a milestone in their career. People need to understand, Kanye was completely out of line, anyone who says that what he did was alright has problems, it was just straight up wrong, no if’s and’s or but’s about it. Anyway, you all can disagree with me, but in the end, I will be right. I will still support Kanye, but I think that there needs to be a personal sorry from Yeezy to Taylor Swift, and I think that he needs to break down his barriers and make no excuses for his actions.
