Speaking of insane album artwork, I don’t think you’ve seen anything like this before. Designed by Brent Rollins, hip-hop graphic designer extrordinaire, Freeway and Jake One are hitting you with their own version of a stimulus package; I’d take this one over Obama’s any day!

Freeway sets out to stimulate the Hip Hop industry by signing into law the Hip Hop Recovery and Reinvestment Act with the release of The Stimulus Package.
