When it comes to mixtape tracks creativity isn’t the rappers main focus,,I’m pretty sure Big Sean can write 3 verses and a hook but he can save that for the album,,if he chooses to do 1 verse no hook straight spitting then he can, doesn’t make him any less of a rapper…now if he does that shit on a album then its a different story…mixtapes are only intended these days to give u a preview of what the artist can do and basically show u his rapping skills, not songwriting skills.
